Retailer training
This interactive seminar takes retailers step by step through the process of developing and implementing a simple marketing plan. Each retailer receives a handbook, which clearly and in plain English sets out how to complete the marketing plan.
The presenter, Brett Worne, has extensive experience in the retail industry and works with the retailers throughout the seminar to ensure they gain maximum benefit from the seminar. With extensive experience in marketing shopping centres and small business linked with his lecturing for the Property Council and TAFE on developing marketing plans each retailer is assured to get something valuable from the seminar to assist their business.
Benefits For Both The Retailer & Shopping Centre
The seminar will assist retailers in planning their annual marketing plan and making them think about what they are or are not doing and how they can help themselves. The seminar can motivate the retailer into action only if it is to undertake an organised advertising program however it will make them look at their whole operation.
Having retailers design and implement a marketing plan also assists the shopping centre because they will be promoting the centre while promoting themselves. If retailers apply themselves to a strategic plan and it assists their sales one benefit to the centre is it will make rental negotiations easier in the future. Another benefit to the centre is that they are presenting a seminar that can really assist the retailers in all areas of their business.
