Brett Worne
Brett Worne is a consultant specialising in
marketing and planning for businesses, shopping centres and retailers
alike. His extensive career in shopping centres has spanned over 20
years marketing all styles of centres from community through to regional
centres.

Ten of those years have been spent with
Queensland Investment Corporation. Working his way up from Marketing
Manager of several centres to the National Co-ordinator Marketing Retail
Properties. During this time Brett won numerous marketing awards.
As the National Co-ordinator of Marketing for
the QIC Brett oversaw the marketing of their shopping centre portfolio.
This involved day to day management, strategic planning, development
marketing, launches and openings, budgeting, re-positioning, branding
campaigns etc for their portfolio of ten centres.
Brett also has lectured for the Property Council
in the marketing and management courses in a number of topics. He has
lectured at Blacktown TAFE on marketing management and developing a
marketing plan.
Brett also has supported his practical experience with academic qualifications including:
- Graduate Diploma in Shopping Centre Marketing (Property Council of Australia)
- Marketing Diploma - TAFE
- MBA-Marketing Specialisation (Charles Sturt University)
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
